Since 2016, we've invested across multifamily, flex industrial, and medical office, focusing on properties where disciplined acquisitions create the greatest opportunity for long-term value. What began with a 14-unit apartment community in Hallandale Beach has grown into a diversified portfolio that includes coastal multifamily throughout the Space Coast, industrial assets in Jacksonville and Dallas, medical office in South Florida, and our current flagship, a 417-unit workforce housing community in Central Florida.
Every investment has been sourced, underwritten, capitalized, and asset managed internally. We believe the best returns are created at acquisition, not through speculation. That means buying below intrinsic value, maintaining conservative leverage, and executing operational improvements that increase cash flow regardless of market conditions.
That philosophy has been tested through one of the most challenging real estate environments in decades. Rapid interest rate increases, record insurance costs, inflation, and constrained capital markets have reshaped the industry. Throughout that period, our portfolio has continued to perform because our investments were underwritten to succeed without relying on continued market appreciation.
We don't measure success by the number of acquisitions we complete. We'd rather pass on ten opportunities than compromise our underwriting standards for one exceptional deal.
